END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a binding legal agreement between you ("User" or "you") and Raj Sutariya ("Company", "we", or "us") regarding your use of the mobile application Chess - Online Board Game ("Application").

By downloading, installing, or using the Application, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not download or use the Application.

1. License Grant

Raj Sutariya grants you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the Application on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, in accordance with the App Store Terms of Service.

2. User Generated Content & Online Conduct

As an online multiplayer board game, the Application may allow you to interact with other users. You agree that you will not:

• Use any cheats, hacks, automation software (bots), or third-party software designed to modify the gameplay experience or gain an unfair advantage.

• Engage in any abusive, harassing, defamatory, or objectionable behavior towards other players.

• Post or transmit any objectionable content or user-generated text/media that violates applicable laws.

We reserve the right to moderate, review, and remove any user-generated content or block users who violate these conduct policies immediately without prior notice.

3. Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated by you or Raj Sutariya. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any terms of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Application and destroy all copies.

4. Privacy and Data Security

Your privacy is very important to us. Any information collected through your use of the Application is subject to our Privacy Policy, which complies with standard app store data collection requirements.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Application is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" with all faults and without warranty of any kind. Raj Sutariya disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including the warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the extent not prohibited by law, in no event shall Raj Sutariya be liable for personal injury, or any incidental, special, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever arising out of or related to your use or inability to use the Application.

7. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, excluding its conflicts of law principles.
