Terms of Use

 These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Chess - Online Board Game mobile application (the "App") provided by Raj Sutariya ("we," "us," or "our").

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the App, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the App on behalf of an organization, you are agreeing to these Terms for that organization and promising that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.

2. Limited License

Raj Sutariya grants you a personal, worldwide, royalty-free, non-assignable, nonexclusive, revocable, and non-sublicensable license to access and use the App. This license is for the sole purpose of letting you use and enjoy the App’s benefits as intended by Raj Sutariya and permitted by these Terms.

3. User Conduct and Multiplayer Rules

The App features online multiplayer gameplay and social interactions. You agree not to use the App to:

• Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or rules.

• Harass, abuse, threaten, or defraud other users.

• Use cheating software, bots, hacks, or any unauthorized third-party software designed to modify the gameplay.

• Transmit any content that is offensive, defamatory, or objectionable.

Note: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without notice, if you violate these conduct rules.

4. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the App (excluding user-provided content) are and will remain the exclusive property of Raj Sutariya and its licensors. The App is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Nothing in the Terms gives you a right to use the Raj Sutariya name or any of the App's trademarks, logos, domain names, and other distinctive brand features.

5. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

The App may offer in-app purchases or subscriptions. All transactions are handled by the Apple App Store. You agree to abide by the App Store's terms regarding payments, billing, and refunds. Raj Sutariya does not process payments directly and is not responsible for any billing errors.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Raj Sutariya makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the App or the information, content, or materials included in it. You expressly agree that your use of the App is at your sole risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Raj Sutariya shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the App.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our App after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
